Library Meetings

We successfully held the first session of our Library Meetings series, organized by our Student Wellbeing Center in collaboration with the Turkish Club, at the HalkBank Library, with the participation of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar. The session provided an engaging and interactive platform where our Rector shared his valuable experiences and directly connected with our students, fostering a dynamic and inspiring academic environment. The discussion was moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ekrem Destanov, who facilitated a meaningful and well-structured dialogue. The program concluded with a tanbur performance by our student Betim Latifi, adding a cultural and artistic touch to the event. We thank all our students for their participation and look forward to continuing the Library Meetings series with distinguished guests.

Reading Club Event

We celebrated World Book Month with a Reading Club Event at the Halkbank Library, organized in collaboration with the English Language School, bringing together students in a warm and engaging environment dedicated to literature and shared experiences. Centered on storytelling and reading, the event created an intellectually stimulating space where students connected through stories, exchanged ideas, and explored different perspectives, highlighting the importance of reading as both a personal and collective experience. Designed as a café-style gathering, the activity offered a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where participants could enjoy reading while socializing and engaging in meaningful discussions, making the event both enriching and memorable for everyone involved.
